A male aged 70+, I stayed in the single room for 4 nights (during a golf tournament) and was made welcome and comfortable. Despite no "en suite" I nevertheless enjoyed a leisurely bath each evening. Breakfast was good. Beautiful garden. Opening and closing the drive gate (to keep out the deer) was a bit wearisome when it rained.
