Have had a brilliant three nights at High Greenside Farmhouse with our two labradors. A wonderful location and great views from our comfy, clean room. Our dogs loved it. Dorothy was very welcoming and chatty - a lovely lady. The breakfasts were the best we have had and we have stayed in a lot of places. The value for money... More

Only stayed one night but very good value for money. Nice pot of tea on arrival and a good chat with Dorothy and her friend, who had a lovely little dog! Lovely room with a great view, comfy bed and tea making facilities. Made to feel really welcome, Dorothy is an amazing artist, she should sell her paintings. The breakfast... More

We stayed at High Greenside Farmhouse for one night only. The room was perfect with wonderful views and a tiny patio to boot. We took our two dogs with us who were just as warmly greeted. Dorothy made us tea and offered cake and biscuits on our arrival. Our room was really comfortable and clean. We went for a drink... More

The best quality food and I am fussy. Dorothy is a real peoples person and very wise. She makes you very welcome but respects peoples space. We will certainly rerturn in the future as the location is excellent too for walking and sight seeing. Try it for yourselves. More
