We booked this hotel, thinking a basic hotel would suffice as we would only be spending a small amount of time there after arriving late on the ferry from Prince Rupert. Paid way too much for a stinky, dirty room and didn't get any sleep anyway because the other rooms were occupied by drunks yelling. I'll sleep in my car rather than stay here again.

The lodging pickens are slim in this small town, but this place is pretty much everything you could expect in a spot like this. The rooms are HUGE and seem redecorated nicely (not white). Clean baths with good quality showers and faucets. PLUS giant enclosed (quite helpful) decks, each with an unbeatable view when taken the whole island into account.... More
