I can't say enough good things about my visits to Langara Fishing Lodge. Everything is simply outstanding. The food - first class. I am so impressed with all the staff, they really know how to make the guests feel welcome and special. The fishing is excellent, the area breathtakingly beautiful. My husband goes for the fishing, and although I do... More

Very enjoyable. After a absense of 4 years we found this years fishing to be more like we enjoyed in 1988. Suzzanne as usual was her effcient self and just a great organizer. She is a delight to be with. We also enjoyed seeing John and Ric They do run a very well done trip experience for all. We missed... More

Our group has been going to Langara for 28 years and notwithstanding the excellent fishing in earlier years, this past year was the best ever, great fishing, supurb dining and service and our group of 35 guests enjoyed the usual 'Langara Experience' and are looking forward with great anticipation to returning next year, Irv Ridd

Having lived in Vancouver for my whole life of 47 years, it was always a dream to go to such a great place! I have been to other fishing lodges over the years, but this was incredible! The staff, guides, food, service, etc. would make any 5 star hotel blush. They take care of you from the moment at South... More

Pro: I don't know where they hire their staff. If I had 200 people like those, I could run the world. Great personalities and so helpful. A great location that seems to have consistently excellent fishing. A very hands on experience, located right on the water with top notch guides. Unbelievable food. Con: The accommodations are modest and a bit... More

The accomodation, location, food, and boat were all top notch. The room was a little on the smaller size, shower was too small. With the wind, there were a lot of sqeeking noise to keep me awake at middle of the night. Having too big of crowd, 65 people at a time, it can get quite noisy. Other than that it... More

This place is outstanding, the entire staff from the top down fully understand Customer service. They offer a large selection of fishing packages from guided fishing to self contained anglers. I recommend using the guides as it will heighten the experience - all of them are friendly, competent and knowledgeable. The accommodations are nice, the food is awesome - you... More

The best fishing trip I have ever experienced. From the moment we landed we were treated 1st class all the way - in every area of the lodge. Humpback, Killer whales, sea lions, bald eagles, deers .. just an amazing place to be - Alaska in the horizon. It was like out of a National Geographic film. Will be returning... More

I have fished the Langara Fishing Lodge many times over the years and even if I say I have been here so many times I always keep coming back. If you like fishing or just being outdoors enjoying nature there are few places to match the Langara Lodge. The fishing is not always the best as it changes with weather,... More

I’ve been a whale watch guide in Victoria for over 8 years. I’ve travelled, fished and photographed most areas of the BC Coast, but never had I witnessed a spectacle like what greeted us on our trip to Langara this past June. It took all of the first 20 minutes in the boat to get to the fishing grounds, drop... More
