We stayed in the Cypress Cabin. A real jewel. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very spacious. It was very quiet. You had a very beautiful view out into the forest. Big windows. The loft was great. The hosts were very friendly.

We stayed two nights at Fortune Cove in early April. One night in Cypress Cabin -- the one with the upstairs bedroom lookout, and the second night in Fir Cabin.

- NO windowcoverings!!!
- no place to hang up clothes
- no tv
- no phone
- no internet

Stayed in the Fir cabin (the small one) and it was more than enough space for two people and two dogs. The cabins are beautiful, and the location is PERFECT! It's so nice to come 'home' to your own little space with a nice warm fireplace! Behind the cabins is a little beach where you can literally dig up clams!...

The kitchen has everything you need, way more than a few pots and pans and dishes for four. The wood stove warmed the room during the rainy evening and...

Yellow cedar cabins with log burning stoves, surrounded by forest and wildlife, spitting distance to cove and walking distance to Ucluelet, perfect!!
We stayed in both the cypress and the fir cabins in the week we stayed on Vancouver Island. We originally only planned to stay for 2 nights as we wanted to travel around the island a bit but...
