Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom clean and were warm and cosy throughout our stay. Everything you need was supplied. We stayed for eleven nights and room was cleaned every day ,towels replaced and linen changed every two or three nights. Coffee , tea toiletries supplid, even a bathmat for safety. Would highly recommend to anyone. More

I work in the Horseshoe Bay area and, on occassion, find the need to stay overnight due to my work requirements. Each and every time I book into the Horseshoe Bay Motel and each and every time my stay is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful...even on those nights when I need a late check in....the rooms, which have... More

Based off the good review on here, I booked this hotel on a Saturday night in preparation for a Sunday morning ferry departure. It was stated on here, but there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. And I figured by early September this would not be an issue. But it was a humid, high 70 degree day, and it was miserable inside... More

We stayed here prior to catching a morning ferry to Vancouver Island, and the stay was great. The room was very clean and well furnished. The only (minor) gripe was the fact the rooms got very warm in hot weather, so we had to have the fans going all night (a touch noisy). The best thing about here is the... More

The town in it's self was a wonderful treat....The shops, the park were a nice surprise,we ate dinner in the park, boat/people watched and then played in... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I'm glad I didn't stay any longer. The rooms were really nice looking for a motel, but it's still very important to remember that this is a motel so even though it looks nice, it's not all that great. The beds weren't very comfortable, the sheets were scratchy, the pillows were... More

We were looking for a budget-friendly motel within 15 minutes of downtown Vancouver, B.C. so we booked a room on-line with Horseshoe Bay Motel. When we arrived, we were thrilled to find that not only was the motel cozy and friendly, but Horseshoe Bay was a treat in itself! Beautiful views of the hills and peaks surrounding the bay, many...
