Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After months of Covid 19 lockdown and quarantine, it is great to finally travel down south for a breath of fresh air. Safety measures and social distancing are still in place but a ray of hope for the tourism industry is just around the corner. Still nothing beats the sight of the ocean on a cloudy morning after over a 4 hour drive from Bangkok City. Skeletal staff provides the same hospitality and amenities are well maintained in the midst of the new normal. Of course, continue to stay safe and healthy.

So we have checked into Nishaville today and I am soooo disappointed with the place. This time when we came there was no hand washing soap in the toilet. When I called the reception they said its finished. They they said they have only shower gel. So I said OK. So they sent someone over and with 2 bottles and a bill of 200thb. It's a joke.

I was at Nishaville for 4 days for some business meetings. The place is amazing, with gorgeous beaches and inviting pools. The food was not stellar but quite okay for the duration. Front desk service was superb. Service staff was commendable.

We went to visit nichaville for two nights Nice hotel with perfect location at the beach But the restaurant did not offer breakfast and if you only stay for two nights you can’t use the kitchen in the room That didn’t make sense So we had to drive for breakfast every morning The rooms are spacious and clean We stayed at 4th floor with sea view Nico two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms The amenities on the bathroom as shampoo etc Were empty Nice area with many locals and very quiet

where during the last ten years 6 times at the resort. Nower days all facilities closed, no breakfast, and reduced service in the bungalows. We hope the management will think over the newly installed concept otherwise the resort will be empty and the quality of the installation getting worse. Even by missing the above mentioned items, they charge you the same as it was in February 2019. You can find same places closer to Bangkok. It is a mess that we see this developement

The resort have located at seaside with beautiful and quiet beach. The sea is quite shallow which is suitable for kid to play or adult who love to walk and relax at the beach. We stay in a cottage with 2 bed rooms. The place is good with comfotable bed rooms and living area with a 2 minute walk to beach and swimming pool!.

Our family rent 3 villas and we are surprised to see the conditions that : 1) using kitchen will have additional cost charge, even there are kitchen inside the villas. 2) Water and Electric supplies being charge separately upon check out date. 3) swimming pool open at 9.00 and close at 19.00 hrs. Which is too late for opening time even there isn’t any life guard to stand by. Then we were more surprised to see the bill. How can we use electricity for 2 nights equals to 1/3 of the whole months using at home? Thus, we mostly stay together in one villa, cooking and chit chatting in that villa while the other two villas were closed but the electricity for those are almost equal with the one that open air conditioner whole day/night thus the water bills are higher? Total cost of electricity and water are almost same cost with one night staying charge cost. We admit that the place are very good but the cost charging must be more open and clear for the customers such as once guests check in, they should show the meters, or charge lump sum cost. Let me share how good the place is and the bill for 2 nights stay. For your consideration. P.S. There isn’t any breakfast available and restaurant open from 11.00 hrs. Bring your own breakfast.

Excellent location with good pool and by the sea, private white beach ; well lit and safe, quiet location far from Bkk, great rooms: we had a two bedroom family room. Private small garden. New hotel with lovely fittings and furniture. Environment friendly hotel. The suite comes equipped with all essential electronics for long term guests or those travelling from far. Best of all amazing staff: very polite , friendly, kind and caring for our diverse needs as a family. Bonus: We left one of our suitcases in the hotel. They sent it to Bangkok free of charge and our electronics and everything in the suitcase were safe. Next holiday we plan to go again..

The hotel is located in a very quiet and private area, which is very good for a family vacation. The food is good and not expensive. There is also a local restaurant just right in front of the hotel, if you would like to try something local. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was staying in a 3 bedrooms pool villa with my family. The room is the whole house with a suitable size swimming pool right at the beach. There is dvd player, in which you could bring your own movie in case you would like to have a movie night.

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel and grounds are sprawling but well kept and managed. Situated next to the beach we walked for about half an hour along to Hat Wanakon National Park where you can see some bird life. The beach is clean, as is the hotel and its grounds. The only thing a would say about staying here is that the food was not that good and there is nowhere else to eat locally. Other than that, well worth staying.
