We were there end of season (they were closing the next week), so they would have had every excuse to not try very hard, but Nicole was great in helping us. We were the only guests here, so had the entire house to ourselves. Amazing! Knowing it was a Monday in middle October, Nicole took charge right away and showed... More

Enjoyed my stay. Beautiful 92 acre property providing lovely vista. Overlooking Lake Massawippi and the small village of North Hatley. Breakfasts varied and tasty. Eggs bennie were really good. Only irritants were a plugged toilet and a bunch of flies. The owner did his best to get rid of them. It was the time of year I guess. Owners and... More

Based on the reviews, we chose this family run inn for the last long weekend of our trip to Quebec. The two buildings on this vast piece of manicured countryside are expertly appointed and maintained, and the secluded pool with a lovely view of the valley and distant lake is refreshing (but over-chlorinated). Host Jean Yves was very personable and... More

Looking to get away from civilization? Le Tricorne is a gorgeous way to do so. We had a somewhat atypical experience, as we stayed on Christmas Eve and so had the whole Inn to ourselves. The facility is lavish and spotlessly clean with only one exception (see CONS). Particularly nice bathroom, with an awesome Jacuzzi. The views of the Canadian... More

We ended up in North Hatley (coming back from Quebec city on a long weekend) and ended up in Le Tricorne to stay for a 2 nights. I found it a very nice place to stay well beyond my expectation. It is located in the country with a fantastic view towards the valley. The rooms are very nice and clean.... More

My wife and I were planning so spend a few days in North Hatley but found both the Auberge Hatley and Manoir Hovey were both sold out. So we decided to give Le Tricorne a try. Le Tricorne is a large bed and breakfast establishment. We took a standard room which was very small and cramped and definitely overpriced. Food... More
