I was given initially a room with a damaged carpet that was also way too small for the price tag of a bit over 100 dollars. Good location - friendly staff especially Nathalie at reception- but rooms do not have windows that open-although it is on a main intersection and can be noisy- there are several hotels that face the lac directly or are in a quieter location-
