Bed not made, window on ground floor room left wide open, dog in room next door not controlled as was barking loud at 5;30 am each morning and hot tub not working each of the 4 days we stayed and never again.

Great location if your travels take you visiting friends or family in the Burnaby area. The inn has two exits - use Broadway if travelling east and the Lougheed Hwy if going west. Front desk was helpful and the room was spacious and everything worked. The free WiFi was fast. Beds were comfortable. Not luxurious but made a good base.

Upon check in without reservation, the clerk advised me that nightly rate was $135. ( I mentally compare the room/experience to lower end motels in someplace like Prince George with a price tag of $70-80, not the Sheraton Wall Centre Downtown whose rates were $148 per night last December.) We stayed here for 5 days and found it to be a very pleasant stay. Fairly clean and very reasonabley price for the 2 bdrm. Not noisey at all. The staff is super nice and I enjoyed chatting with them. It is an older inn so there is some wear in our suite, but overall it was not as bad... More

This was an extremely disappointing stay, right from checking in to our early departure. I had booked 2 nights for our Vancouver trip with my family. I do not recommend this place for anyone to stay, it is dirty and disgusting, very run down, and is a high priority for repair. I bet if the the Vancouver Health Authority was notified they would shut it down. The dishes they have in the room were dirty, the pot to cook dinner in was full of rust. So... More

I stayed there while attending the Cambridge House conference Jun 3-4. It is handy if you are coming up to Vancouver on Amtrak. This motel worked out great for our team, we were able to make the majority of our meals right at the Motel. The motel itself is a little run down, but it is clean the court yard is beautiful. And the staff was awesome
