“Excellent stay”

The front desk staff were professional and helpful, letting us check in several hours early which was greatly appreciated! It is an older hotel but the rooms are clean,the beds decent and with flat screen Sony tv's. “Great location motel”

Close to metrotown and many restaurants. Comfortable rooms with recent renos. Liked the free breakfast, wifi and pool. Little bit noisier because its a motel but still good value. The service was excellent! Call for extra towels and got them in less than 5 minutes. Problem with room was dealt with immediately and upgraded to a better room.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The hotel staff were super friendly and the room was clean. It is an older hotel that has been renovated. First time stay in this hotel and its a great experience! Friend suggest me to stay in Burnaby which is away from downtown but convenient to go anywhere in town. It's ready a good choice for its close to sky train and shopping mall. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely will stay again if travel to Vancouver.

“Wedding Anniversary Event”

The team at the Best Western Plus made our event so special and memorable. I definitely appreciated the fact they were flexible when plans changed. The food was excellent. They catered to our guests food allgeries and dietary needs. If we ever have another event, we would definitely have it with the Best Western King Plus. Your team was EXCELLENT!
