This property was near my work site. I appreciated the fact that the property was near the downtown and near the work site. Staff was great and the room was roomy and nice. I did year the train a few times but nothing too overpowering.

Fairly new hotel in Cranbrook . Good location for exploring Kootenay Region of BC .Close to most shopping and restaurants . ie WalMart , Superstore No real panache but a solid choice for an overnight stay.

Extremely disappointed and insulted by the highly over-priced accomodation. I have stayed in the Cranbrook region for many years and it isn't exactly a resort destination respecially in January! Recently stayed here with a hockey team. The property was perfect for our purpose. Nice size suite to host parents for drinks each night. Rooms were clean and appointed as expected. Service was good. No restaurant for breakfast on site.

Very nice new hotel located on the main street in Cranbrook. Several resturaunts close by. Helpful staff. On the downside I was disappointed that there was no early morning buffet as that is what I came to expect from BW. Instead they have a bistro that doesn't open till 7:00am. I was in Cranbrook for one night on business travel. I had no problems at all with this hotel, my room was clean, modern, and quiet. After my checkout in morning, I was gratefully still able to use the fitness room after my business meeting ended in the late afternoon. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
