Convenient location, easy to find just off the main highway through Cranbrook, B.C. I don't know if we were credited Wyndam reward points and wonder if they are automatically recorded? We were assigned a room on 1st floor as there was no elevator. Also, we would have asked for a pet free room and did not realize we could have... More

One of the two beds had hair in it like it had not been cleaned as did the shower. Front staff Cole was amazing, friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast in morning was great. Crying/screaming child in room adjacent for four hours did not help sleep quality and parents screaming at child made it worse then child screaming.....parents!!!!!
