I always choose the prestige lakeside when I'm in Nelson for work. The restaurant is like any Ric's in BC; however the service is a tad slow and prices on the expensive side. “Best place to stay in Nelson”

Nothing like sitting on your balcony enjoying the great views of kjootenay lake and the mountains . The only thing better than the view is the great staff ! Rooms are large with very comfortable beds and its a easy walk to great resteraunts and down town Nelson .

Beautiful location right at the lake. Quiet area. Additional price for lakeside rooms. Very clean rooms, excellent service. Walking distance to historic Baker Street. Big pool and hot tub is great for kids. Very clean area too. We would go there anytime again.

Nelson is a great city to visit. Some of the nicest people in Canada and what an amazing setting. The hotel has been around for a while yet it is constantly updated. The meals are very good and the staff do whatever it takes to make your stay pleasant. Thanks all

“Nice hotel in Nelson”

Got a family room - 2 queens and queen sofabed over Family Day weekend. One of the few nice hotels in Nelson, BC. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location down by and looking out to the lake. Nice little coffee shop in the lobby. Ric's Lounge and Grill in the hotel.
