Great facility for a small conference, everything in one location. Food and service were great, friendly staff. Close to City Centre amenities, shopping, more restaurants etc. Location right on Shuswap Lake, provides terrific views and access for houseboats and boats. Would stay again.

I booked a convention there in May, 2013. The facilities are lovely - good sized meeting rooms, enough space for a trade show and great views out the hotel rooms overlooking the lake. The food was excellent and plentiful and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of booking conference space.

We had a lovely room overlooking the lake and a nesting pair of ...grebes, I think! Restful and stunning. King-sized bed perhaps a touch firm but that is getting really picky, nice location in regards to the rest of town, too. I would happily, happily stay here again! Had a great 4 night stay - travelling for business. Loren at the front desk is both helpful and discreet.
