We stayed in the James Island suite and were blown away by the size, cleanliness and view it came with. Highly recommend any family to stay in this suite, fully equipped and lots of sleeping space. No restaurant on site and wi fi very slow, but very close to Sidney. We would stay here again, would love to come back... More

What a great place to stay. Front desk Staff very friendly, room was clean and very quite. View of the ocean was breathtaking. I cannot say enough about the clean staff my wife needed help picking an outfit my wife asked and she gave her opinion and she was right on the money. I never thought I would like a... More

We stayed one night in August in the Pender Island Suite. The building is an old motel very well landscaped. The view from the grounds is postcard. Unfortunately the rooms, linens and all furnishings looked like they haven't been updated since the 1960s; everything was tired, dark and smelly (room smelled of mold). Think early Motel 6. The windows didn't... More

We had a great stay at the Cedarwood Inn. The location is perfect directly across from the water and the rooms are lovely. We had a room with a fully equipped kitchen - which was fantastic. The room clean and tidy and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would definately stay there again. More

the front desk people were completely uninterested and not helpful (other than great at taking money). No maid service (front desk comment: oh, gee, we have new staff), not enough cutlery and plates to do more than one meal at a time (oh, gee, there should be six forks), we booked an ocean view room with two bedrooms (oh gee,... Clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations. Beautiful grounds and gardens. Friendly, helpful staff. Our suite had all amenities plus fireplace and a fabulous view of the water. We especially enjoyed sitting in the lush gardens. We will definitely return to this lovely spot. More

My family stoped here the night before flying out from the nearby Victoria airport. The rooms were big and clean. The decor was a bit 1970's cottage, lots of dark wood. The views were great, the Kitchen was well stocked and up to date and the bathrooms were nice. I would stay here again. More

Room: spacious, a nice surprise. Two bathrooms, two beds. Quite dated and furniture is as old as me, but we didn't mind. It rained a lot during our stay so we were happy to have a big room and a full kitchen. Overall quiet and kids slept soundly. Kids' stuff: It was right across from apparently the best playground in... More

For Christmas this year, our family gathered to visit our Mom who lives in an assisted living facility in Sidney. We stayed in the Salt Springs suites on the main level at Cedarwood. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, each with two full size beds and a pullout couch. Televisions in bedrooms and livingrooms with vcr. Movies can be rented... More

A funky little inn right across the street from the sound, great views, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and ferry from Anacortes, WA. Stayed 4 nights, and my 15 year old son and I liked it. Wifi was slow the first night, and our room didn't get serviced one day, could've been our fault, but overall it was a great... More
