We had some difficulty with an injury and the front desk staff as well as housekeeping were incredibly supportive. We were provided with medical aides for ease and the staff assured us that they were happy to help in any other way. It made a very stressful time that much less stressful.

Hi, I find this hotel to be convenient when we need to take a early flight. The value is here. Continental breakfast is only OK but it's food and it's out super early. The room has many amenities, and they are clean. Everything is just tired. I know I will stay here many times in the future and that's OK.

I stay here a couple of times a year and have been doing so for many years. I'm always pleased with the rooms and service. The location is ideal for visiting Sidney, within walking distance to everything you want.

My wife, daughter and I recently stayed several times in this hotel. It's location was very attractive as it is literally a 10 minute drive to Victoria International Airport.
