I stayed in roon 229 for one night, went sledding during the next day and around five oclock i started to itch everywhere. Went to the docs and it was indeed bed bugs, no doubt from ramada since ive never had any problem before I AM NOT HAPPY. I asked for a refund but obviously got shot down. More

Although my room had been renovated, the heater was not; I couldn't sleep for its noise. The 'continental breakfast' was do-it-yourself toast etc. in the freezing (10 C?) and dirty restaurant. I won't be going there again; one can do much better in one of the excellent bed and breakfasts in the area. More
