When we arrived the proprietor was already waiting for us and showed us the place and lead us to our nice, clean room. She was very helpful in directing us to local places (restaurants, etc.). The morning meal was enjoyable, the other guests made good conversation (points to see, etc.)

We enjoyed our stay here. The hostess was wonderful. Very helpful. made a nice breakfast. The room was clean had 2 beds . Bathroom was clean. Nice flat screen tv. We visited sydney mines so we were close. The property is in town so you are on a city street , but no problems. would stay again good value

I'm not sure just who the 16 people were that gave this place an excellent & very good, (friends? relatives?) - we found it average at best. Gloomy & dogged eared, mismatched furniture & linens, we were glad we'd booked for just one night. So-so breakfast.....

Very good value: our room was quite large, with a private new bathroom. Everything spotless. Heather was a very kind and always busy host :-)! Breakfast not that bad. Some good restaurants in North Sydney. Would stay here again.
