A really exceptional restoration which is immaculate and owners extremely welcoming. I stayed in the 1900 room but would have been happy in any of the others. Despite the immaculate presentation and antiques the inn retains a cosy atmosphere. Neil was very charming and his banana bread quite magnificent. This beautifully restored Victorian home is hosted by a delightful, energetic, knowledgeable man who seemed genuinely determined to ensure our two day visit would be memorable.
