The rooms are tired and dated, but seemed clean. One side of the room had settled, so the floor sloped to one side. At $59 (Canadian) for multiple nights ($69) Lakelawn cannot be beaten in Yarmouth or any other place I know of. Obviously it is not delux, but very clean, anything you really need, friendly and with local character. WE enjoyed our overnight here. the room spacious , very clean and new beds, quiet location. This is an historic property with character. The rooms are very basic,not luxurious, but suited us just fine. We were made to feel very welcome . and would not hesitate to return . The breakfast was outstanding and very nutritious..lots of fruit, scrambled eggs... More
