Quite noisy between rooms and REALLY noisy between floors but the rooms are relatively large and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice place to walk dogs out the back (it's like a park). Front desk staff are pleasant and courteous. Continental breakfast is fine if you eat wheat (I don't). More

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with some great feeback. I am sorry that it was noisey during your visit with us. We have been extremely busy recently (during your stay) with many of our current guests are working shift work. Many people have been coming and going to and from work at various times... More

Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and so comfortable! We were there visiting family and the front desk were very helpful in giving us directions and providing us with a map of the area. Loved the gym and breakfast had healthy options. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit. More

Thank you very much for the positive feedback! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you got a chance to use our on site Norfolk Fitness Centre. We get a lot of great comments from our guests who don't like having their workout routine interrupted when they are travelling and that they... More

Had one of the best experiences here!!! As a hockey mom staying in hotels and being the manager of the team, I was in charge of the rooms. With the help of the Amazing Staff, they assisted me with fixing and changing my reservation multiple times. They called whenever I needed information. They went above and beyond!! The hotel itself... More

Large and clean room, with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, good bed Conveniently located closed to stores, nice chairs and tables under a beautiful Maple tree Our 3 special mentions : 1- the kindness of the frontdesk clerk who called us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was ok, and then made sure the laundry would not be closed before... The renovated rooms (upstairs and non-outside access rooms) are fantastic and much better quality than I was expecting! The breakfast is great - lots of options and the woman who runs thing is super sweet. More

Thank goodness we only had to stay one night here. The front desk staff person put us in a room that at first sight was lovely. The TV's however are very old and only get a few channels. This was not the reason for my complaint. She put us by one of the exit doors and all night long we... More

I am not a big Travelodge fan most times....but this Travelodge is GREAT. My room was so nice with brand new beding and nice beds. Checked in for Hockey Tournament, it's a non refundable hotel so if you don't make it to the championship you are out the money for the room for the 2nd night. As soon as the kids converged on the pool they dumped chemicals in to the point the kids eyes were burning. There is construction going on but they didn't... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our hotel after your recent stay with us. We are very excited about the new lobby we are building for the hotel. Unfotunately it is a work in progress and progress is moving slowly. However, the final product is going to be spectacular. We know full well that the front... More
