“Great suites!”

This hotel is so spacious! It was great having a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is great with a pancake maker that makes pancakes fresh as you order them.

“Clean, Comfortable and Spacious Room”

We stayed in a "room" with a king sized bed that was equivalent to a condo with a separate bedroom and small kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were comfy, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. A great place to stay.

“Hockey weekend”

we were pleasantly surprised to find that our accomodations were very spacious and comfortable. We did not expect 2 large screen tv's , that was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent and had lots to choice from. It was very quiet and peaceful.

“Very Good Hotel”

This hotel is way better than what one might expect from a Best Western. The suites are spacious, nice and clean - each has two TV's - one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. The hotel staff is genuinely interested in helping its guests. Breakfast is included.

“Comfortable, Clean, Quiet, and Nice View of Surrounding Area.”

My wife & I are Niagara residents. We wanted to have a night out. This Best Western is the best one we've ever stayed in. We stayed 1 night and decided to stay a 2nd night because it was nice, peaceful, & relaxing. We will definitely stay there again. It is also 100% Wheelchair Accessible.

“Easter weekend”

We were 8 people that went to Welland, ontario for the weekend. We stayed with Best western Rose city suites as usual. The rooms were very nice, comfortable ans spacious. We always enjoy our stay there. We will be back again- thank you Best western- see you soon- Mark

“Our stay at Best Western Plus Rose City Suites.”

We were very impressed by the cleanliness, size of rooms, provided breakfast, friendliness of staff, and on and on. We were visiting Niagara Falls and some of the local attractions. To say we were pleased would not come close to relaying how much we liked this hotel. Keep up the good work. Excellent value, excellent staff.

“Comfy bed”

Overall a good location for our needs. Bed was excellent, staff was friendly, and room was clean. The bathroom needs some updating and the breakfast was ok. As an environmental statement however, poor marks as they are using paper plates and plastic cutlery for their breakfast, and plastic disposable cups in the bathrooms.
