So very glad that the new management (hope it is better!) has the good sense to get rid of the former overpaid, lazy, manageress who's a nightmare to many of those whom she doesn't personally like, hell bent on getting rid of you even by inventing a story to suit her case (so it's your word against hers!) if you ever dare to complain no matter how valid your complaints are and she's also biased towards other nationalities and shows favouritism to long staying residents even if she cannot see the many faults with some of their weird, dirty, unfriendly & unhygienic habits and behaviour. Probably many of the good ex-residents well meaning complaints never get to the owner or the board members (time to wake up!) because she makes sure that all complaints can only get as far as her and not beyond.
