Stayed here in our campervan for 2 nights. Huge site with excellent bathrooms. Very friendly at reception. Also close to beach and IGA supermarket just down the road. Nice lake to walk around or sit and watch the ducks.

After staying at another site in Perth that had left me dissapointed, I was recommended Karrinyup Waters Resort by another traveller. I am glad I took his advice. Comparisons: Midland Park...reception-dodgey, unfreindly / tent sites-pathetic / camp kitchen-none! told to wash dishes in laundry / toilets,showers-only positive I can give, recently renovated. Karrinyup Waters...reception-professional, freindly, efficient / tent sites-excellent, well... More

Absolutely beautiful park, we stayed in a one bedroom cabin and it was clean and cosy. Great camp kitchen and amenities are nice. pool area was wonderful and you couldnt get us out of the spa pool which is a constant 28 degrees i believe. Staff were friendly and helpful, there were a lot of long term caravanners here but... More

I'm travelling with my 2 year old son so it's hard to find somewhere to stay that meets both of our needs. I was mildly sceptical about this type of resort but booked because of the pool and playground (& great price!). It's lovely. The whole site is well maintained, clean, safe, well lit and with what look like greAt... More

We have stayed here in our caravan several times and are off to stay again this coming week. We find it one of the best parks we have stayed at in WA with helpful staff, good, large powered sites and very clean ablutions. To add to the pleasure of the stay the surroundings are very attractive and we have found... More

I had to book a last minute trip to Perth for work and I basically refuse to pay $300 plus for a hotel room where i am just going to sleep and bathe. So my option was the resort to keep costs down and it didn't bother me as i have stayed in tourist park cabins beforehand. Checking in was... More

This is a great campsite to staying for visiting Perth (bus stop right outside that takes you to Stirling Station). The site is quite large and they are obviously spending money on expanding it. The sites themselves are the largest (and smallest) we have encountered on our journey around Australia. The first site was very narrow with no room to... More

Traveling from Victoria we had encountered some great parks but also the odd dubious one and this wasn't one of them. We were welcomed on our arrival and shown a number of sites that we could choose from and then assisting us with reversing on to the site. Our original stay was to be for a week and ended up... More

We live in the southern suburbs of Perth, and have visited this park on numerous occasions, choosing a powered site for a caravan, $38.00p/n 2 adults. High Season. large concrete stands for caravan, annexe and car, we always finding ourselves being drawn back to this park after visiting other parks in the region. One of the best Parks we have...
