Have just spent 3 nights in a Deluxe cabin with my family and friends. Staff were great and very helpful although the on site manager clearly needs a holiday.
Cabin was great apart from a dirty microwave, stained mattress protector and small fridge.
I pointed the mattress protecter out to the staff the next day and was given another one...

We stayed at the BIG4 Bouganvilla Tewantin,Noosa from 8th Jan to 14th Jan 2011 in a 1 bedroomed cabin,as we had stayed in Sydney in hotel rooms prior to this,we found these cabins to be a nice change from a hotel room. Our first stay in the Sunshine Coast. Very nice, excellent value, but for a self sufficient place including own cook facilities, the smoke alarm went off every time toast was cooked, let alone cooked meals which my wife loves to do as a professional in that trade, even when we are on holiday she loves it.
