Rooms were clean and tidy, it is a good site with lovely harbour views and a nice pool, however, the lady manager is not the worlds happiest person and chases every cent. Very good atmosphere, nice and clean room, nice pool, nice view. Not in a crowed place, and excellent base to go explore the top of NZ. You can even rent boar for sand dunnes. Nice people.
