on the hillside right above Bakhchisaray 's old quarter. Great view over town and into the canyons. The people were nice but always kind of busy. Our room was well furnished, bathroom was good. To find it, take a picture of the map at the train station. In the old quarter follow the winding side street to the very end... More

Dilara Hanum is a warm and welcoming b & b, the furniture is basic and the place is not central, but the family is great and there are good common facilities, which makes it a nice place to hang out. - quite rare for such an affordable place. We had not realised that we would be self-catering, also for breakfast... More

Although the place is up the hill along not the best of roads, I will definitely recommend it to anybody who plans a visit to Bakhchisaray. A fantastic view on the medieval old town and picturesque rocks and very hospitable owners. In the dining room there is a decent library for guests in several languages (I re-read Alice in Wonderland... More

Bakhchisaray is a small but charming place that breathes Tatar culture. A lot of tourists visit the city on a day trip (tourist bus), but it's worth spending a couple of nights there and see & enjoy the city. We stayed in Bakhchisaray for 3 days (2 nights). The mini-hotel is lovely and the family very friendly! I'd recommend this... More

We spent in the “Dilara Hanum” mini-hotel some memorable moments next to some extraordinary people. We found here the spirit of Tatars from the ancient capital of Khanate in the legends and history told by our hosts with the charm of these places. For a few days we have been translated into a past era. Places are full of history,... More

Dilara-Hanum mini-hotel is run by a Tatar family; the owner is of course named Dilara. The guesthouse is made up of a complex of buildings separated by gardens and courtyards, perched atop a hill overlooking historic Bakhchysarai. There are a total of 10 rooms that can hold at least three people per room. Room rates range from $10 and $20... More

In a town with hardly anyone speaking english it feels like coming home to Dilara-Harum even if you come unexpected. The bedrooms are basic but there are large living rooms, kitchen and balcony for common use and a nice small oriental style restaurant to take your full board meals. Mountains are close to, your can get much support in organizing... More

Bahchisaray is often off the map for people who want to use Crimea for the beach, however I recomend a stay at this hotel run by Delara and her husband Hanum. Their hospitality is nothing short of perfect. My wife and I spent evenings sipping Turkish coffee with their family and discussing Tatar politics and travel adventures. Another guest, a... More
