Ok so our stay here was really disappointing. I mean the hotel itself is beautiful and has a great location up in the hills but it's just horribly run. The service is quite poor. Room providing fruits, but no knife or forks. Has to ask for it and no phone answer from either room service or housekeeping. It takes 5 mins for someone to pick up the phone. Room needs renovation. Will never return. More

Just stayed at this great hotel for 3 nights, it was a great experience The staff was wonderful, no language issues like in other posts. The food was very good and the views from restaurant wow!!!
