“The Wild Boar”

Staff are brilliant. Was able to check in sooner 1PM instead of 3PM because was attending a wedding nearby. Room was a bit pricer. The Bathroom smelt a very dampish / musty. Great staff but room was a bit pricey.

“Fantastic accomodation and food”

Superb hotel, friendly staff, modern decor and comfortable rooms. The smoke house and grill serve exceptional food - perfect for a celebration or treat. Ideally located for Bowness, Windermere and Kendal and is also dog friendly with a good walk in the wild boar woods. Have been here a few times and never disappoints.

We stayed here in June last year. The wild boar inn is in an easy location to find. We found the Food (om and staff were lovely!! Loved the decor and woodland walks near by! Can not wait to return again this weekend!!
