Nice hotel, located 5min walk from the center of Sluis. We parked the car for free in the garage. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean, complete with safe, tv an shampoos and soaps in the bathroom. The breakfastroom was large and unsociable, there were many eldery people, it was almost like a retirement home! The breakfast it self... More

Stayed one friday night here. upgraded from standard to large room but found nothing large about it. No airconditioning and climate was hard to control (in winter). Beds were comfortable but only big pillows available. Overall decoration was nice. Bathroom neat but only a tub to shower in and little seperation glass so the floor was like a pool after... More

Last weekend stayd here one night. We had one of the cheapest rooms. These are quite small and in our room were two pillars (one in the middle of the room and one in the bathroom). This was very annoying. Beds were okay on itself but the quilts (synthetic) were quite small so you often wake up because you were... More

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The room was large and comfy. We had a balcony overlooking lovely countryside only downside to this it wasnt very private. One balcony was split into two, serving two rooms divided by clear glass, so a little bit too cosy. We had a problem with bathroom light but once reported it was dealt... More

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. From the outside it looks very very nice. The inside parking garage is very handy. The reception booked us a room on the 3th floor and this room was ok. Only a few things are not ok. In the room, the safe was allready closed, so we asked them to open the safe,... More

Very well presented and comfortable hotel. I wasn't here for the casino or the fitness centre so didn't care that they might not be "as advertised". Our party loved the place. Impromptu entertainment in the basement bar was excellent. Excellent base for the small town of Sluis with its selection of shops bars and restaurants. Beware this is not a... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with large group on a pre-christmas break. Was concerned about staying at this hotel after reading the most recent review, but was pleasantly suprised. Staff were young but friendly, rooms were clean with comfy beds. Breakfast self service but plenty of choice, particularly of continental meats & cheese. Lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt... More

Part of the Fletcher hotel group, who clearly managed to turn a lovely old monastry on a fine location near the pretty centre of Sluis into a cheap rip-off that would put even a Van der Valk motel to shame. Luring customers with promises of a wellness oasis and an in-house casino, guests are surprised upon arrival by two blunt... More

After reading the good reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor, I was expecting something really nice. Overall I think the hotel is ok for its price (we stayed in an executive luxury room for special sale of 135€ per night, excl. breakfast). It is an old hotel, and the decoration is a bit outdated. Rooms are spacious, and so it... More
