I booked the Riding Stables for guests with children who attended my wedding and I have to say, I got the most amazing service ever! All the guests say to thank you and wish you all the best in life and in your business. Some of them got lost and arrived very late so had to wake Karen up even... More

Farmhouse with riding stables attached run by the charming Karen, in the middle of the Brecon Beacons national park. Recommended for those with an interest in horses and ponies. More

A group of 6 ladies have just come back from a fantastic riding break at Pentre. You couldn't ask for a warmer welcome, Karen is a complete star! Lovely accommodation, lovely breakfast, really lovely people and the most amazing riding experience. Really reasonable prices and our stay could not have been any better. Different levels of riding ability and confidence... More

Our family of four stayed on 28th December 2011 and despite the wet weather we had a great treck in the surrounding hills with Kirsty as our guide. Although we all got soaked in the final ten minutes on the way back, it was still very enjoyable. Karen is the host and you get a very warm and friendly welcome.... More

My family and Istayed one night at the Pentre Riding Stables in October 2011. We were walking the Cambrian Way and arrived after a very muddy and wet day. The owners were very welcoming and tried extremely hard. The accommodation was great in particular the excellent shower and the local pub served delicious food. We even had our muddy clothes... More

We stayed at this B&B after a wedding at Craig-y-Nos castle, which is just across the road. We would have stayed at the castle but there were no rooms left by the time we booked - this was a lucky break. We saw some of the accommodation at the castle and it was nowhere near as nice as our room... More
