This is a budget hotel, quite comfortable, clean accommodation, good food, good value for money as prices are very reasonable. Bathroom was quite small, shower only, no bath.
Breakfast included, staff friendly and helpful.

Had an average stay but did only pay £50 per night B&B for a 2 night stay with my wife and child to visit family. We are normally easily pleased but for the first time ever i have had to write a trip advisor review to warn others. The staff are very helpful and breakfast was fresh and very good....
