Fantastic. I can say only good things about this hotel. The staff was great, the rooms were large, the location was lovely. It was walking distance to many great restaurants. While the other Starwood haciendas in the Yucatan pelinsula are mostly located on the country side, this one is inside the old fortified city of San Francisco de Campeche.
The hotel offers all the services that one can expect from Starwood's "Luxury Collection" brand. Our room was large, with a high ceiling and tasteful furniture.
