Stayed in April with my 89yo mother. Great room. One bedroom. Extra bed in sitting area. Really good kitchen. Clean and adequate bathroom. All facilities we needed. Lovely position. Easy walk around the bay. And absolutely NO problem with the hostess.

At first I have to say, that I can't understand the meaning of the person below, because in my opinion Sonja was very friendly and the rooms werde perfect. This motel was very nice and the hosts were friendly. The whole service at the lodge was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Sonja and Maurice were generous and gave us good tips for sightseeing around Ngunguru. We will come back again soon! Greets from Italy!

nothing exciting, just an average motel, but the Lady at the reception (I assume it's Sonya, she didn't introduce herself) was able to show her rude management style described in other reports before immediately upon arrival.
