Hotel and rooms are very basic, but if you life not on 1st floor, be very careful - because stairs are very very dangerous! :) Staff is ok, prices could be lower, but it`s ok.

Unfortunately there's not a lot to choose from for budget accommodation on Railay, especially if you want something close to the beach (even if it's the ugly and muddy East Railay). Stayed here for 3 nights and it is actually owned by Princess Resorts now - we didn't know that until we asked around after aimlessly walking for 30 mins. The room was clean, no view, and had very dark wood. Slightly depressing, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
