Stayed with the fiancee for two days in late July 2012. Approximately 30minute car ride from Teluk Kode harbour area, where the fastboats drop you off. Private cars will try and charge 200K rupiah for the "1.5hr ride". Can likely contact your hotel/guesthouse for a pick up ahead of time for much cheaper. We stayed at Bale Kampung longer than originally planned as the place was excellent value, clean and well run by helpful and friendly staff. Free transport in Sengiggi and scooter rental help make it a good choice and way better than some of the other places we stayed in Bali / Lombok for the same price. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are basic, but nice, clean and great value for money. With fast Wifi/internet available. They also offer a free pickup and drop off service into sengiggi, which is really useful.
