Very bad experience during my stay from 07.01.2013 to 09.01.2013. Bed tea was supplied till 08.30 . Every day there was no water from 5.30 to 7.30 telephone service was not working, in short the whole experience was very much horrible

The outside of the hotel is really nice. However .... - Geysers were not working. We were asked to take our bath in another room that had a working geyser ! - Bathrooms were dirty. I think they need a better manager who can better manage that place - has potential to do much better.
