Our group of eleven turned up on Hotel Paffhausen's doorstep after our vehicle broke down on the way back to the UK. The manager was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English, gave us advice on how to possibly get back to the UK (even if it meant losing trade) and spoke to various hire car companies on our behalf.
