We wanted somewhere in the country near Chartres/Paris and this looked ideal. We turned up at about 5 pm, were given the key, went upstairs and found the chambermaid still cleaning.... Don't make the mistake of arriving on Sunday afternoon even if you have "booked" a meal over the web. Everything closes down around 3.0 p.m: the hotel facilties; hotel and town restaraunts. We stayed here as a last night of a 2 week motorcycle tour in various countries. The meal was great and reasonable value however be warned if you are a traveller that this hotel hires out rooms for weddings and other parties over the weekends.
