I have nothing but praise for this hotel. We stayed in a family suite on the second floor, with views across the roof tops to the lake and mountains. Stayed here on my first trip to Austria in July 2005. Don't expect a view - rooftops are all you will see! Made a good impression on me - all the staff were friendly and helpful.
