Oinan Guesthouse is situated overlooking Telescopes break in Mapadegat Bay 4 kilometres south of the harbourtown of Tua Pajet on SIpora Island. As the official first guests to this beautfully appointed home away from home we were 'guinea-pigged' somewhat with the menu but we encouraged them to cook for us as they would for themselves and gave them some further...
