We arrived late in the evening after a flight from Mexico. We were in our room within 5 minutes of arriving. I was very impressed with the room, very very clean and modern, very spacious, flat screen tv, safe, fridge, and the bathroom is huge with great water pressure. Highly reccomended. More

I ve stayed here with my family, including my kids. It was a nice quiet atomosphere. I found it entertaining watching the skateboarders one late night when I couldnt sleep LOL .The morning buffet was not to shabby, it consisted of toast, waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels, cold/hot cereal, yogurt, fruit ,assorted juice and some danishes. Of course you have to... More

We had three rooms here for a wedding summer of 2011. The location is perfect if downtown is where you want to be. The included breakfast was quite good and better than I am used to for Canadian hotel. Our rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. They have underground parking for a fee which is the norm these... More

I was a guest at this hotel with my husband as he was in the city for a convention. I must say that this is a decent hotel but there certainly is a huge lack of communication evident. My husband checked in a day early and told the front desk that I, his wife would arrive the next day. He... More

Acceptable hotel with nice free breakfast. Good location but do not expect a good nights sleep... Walls and doors paper-thin and hotel is on main route for police cars and ambulances. Would not recommend a leisurely walk after dark... Not the greatest part of town. More

The hotel room was very good it had safety box, a small fridge, a micro way, coffee, etc… The Air conditioner was silence so I was able to sleep while it was working. My room had a living room which made it spacious. For the type of hotel, the facial tissue as well as the toilet paper had very poor... More

I stayed one night, on a Saturday, in a king room with couch/pull-out bed and a workdesk. Also, coffeemaker machine, in-room safe, and a small fridge. I WILL NOTE: it was not super-quiet; I was facing the busy traffic corner the hotel is located at and the windows could have been more sound-proof for my liking. As well, the gap... More

We stayed for 2 nights in February 2012 on a Friday and Saturday night. We had a room facing Broad street. The room was large, the beds comfortable and everything was clean. There was a small fridge in the room which we always appreciate. We missed the breakfast Saturday morning (got down there about 5 mins past - they are... More

Stay was nice. Very nice rooms, great location, hot breakfast was nice. Staff very nice. BUT , I left my iphone plugged in overnight by the bed, when we went to go for breakfast , I reached over , got my phone unplugged and went to eat (leaving the plugin cord still attached to the wall) Yes , when I...
