We had scheduled a late check-in in the off-season and the reception assured my there would be someone on call when we arrived at 11:30pm. All I had to do was pick up the phone in the entrance and it would automatically dial the attendant. Well we arrived at 11:30pm when I said I would and picked up the phone... More

I spent three nights at the Hawood in one of the "standard" rooms (window facing the parking lot and no balcony), and was quite satisfied. The decor of the room was plain, but it was plenty spacious, clean, and the queen bed was quite comfortable. There was satellite TV in the room, and the hotel Wi-Fi worked for me there... More

Rooms face the lovely Waskesui Lake and are close to shopping and dining; the outdoor roof top hot tubs are awesome in the star light. More

We stayed 1 night at a cost $174 for 2 all taxes included. All hotels in the area seemed old and this was no exception but well maintained. Two double beds with old style firm mattresses but had good sleep. Chose a room not overlooking the lake so as to get the morning sun. It had a balcony. Breakfast not... More

Stayed at the Hawood in Waskiseu with the family. With few hotel rooms availible in the Park, they are able to gouge a bit when it comes to pricing, especially during the prime summer season. The rooms were clean and tidy (until the kids got into them) and the cleaning crew got things put back together everyday. The restaurant serves... More

The rooms are average size but very very clean. I found the bed very hard but the 4 pillows on each bed made up for it. Had lake front view with deck, nice but trees block most of the view of the lake. Hot tub area nice but we had people using it that were from other hotels and not... More

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was roomy, but needs some fixing. The mattress was new, but had a memory foam on top that was too soft for my husband and I who have bad backs. The quilt on top was frayed and just looked like it had been through too many washes. The room seemed clean, however there... More

We got married 5 years ago at the Hawood Inn, we were impressed. We have been back two times since and still loved it. The food has always been great. Rooms were clean and service has always been good. We always enjoy the hot tubs. I have nothing negative to say about the Hawood Inn. We will go back without... More

The hotel is getting run down and dated looking. Cleanliness was "fair" but not up to standards for the money you are paying. Hot tub was luke warm to say the least. We had the same problem last time we stayed at this hotel. You should not be cold while sitting in a hot tub. Cancellation policy is far to... More
