“Not sure if this is a hostel or a homeless shelter”

I stayed here in 2007. There were big mean-looking guys sitting on the steps with tattooed faces lol. We payed 50$ total for 2 nights in a 4-bed room for 2 people. There is no actual bathROOM. You walk into the room and find a toilet stall with closed door and a shower with a ripped curtain on your left... More
