Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. The service was warm, very professional, timely and attentive. I would absolutely consider staying again. Check in was the only challenge. My room was not available until about 4pm. Other than this, I had a great experience.

This hotel was very cool and trendy, with the modern decor being matched beautifully with the old building. My room was perfect - very clean crisp lines with modern decor. This is a perfect hotel.. modern in style and warm in approach. Friendly front of house staff, from the door person to the several desk persons.. lovely details in service, slippers waiting by your bedside in the evening.. added blanket when needed without asking. Everything was perfect. The service was exactly what you hope for. They were tentative without overbearing. Clean, great neighborhood, good location for anything in Old Montreal, close to Metro. Don't look any further.
