I stayed in this hotel because I generally trust the InterContinental brand. I was not at all disappointed by the hotel. The room had comfortable beds, was incredibly clean and the entire property was well maintained. Parking was a bit expensive but this seems to be standard in large cities. The hotel is on the edge of Old Montreal and... More

Check-in was awful. Took over 20 minutes even though they were not busy. Room smelled funny and, like the hallways, was grungy. Good location, but I'd never stay there again. Overall, very disappointing, especially since I had had a very good experience at their Toronto hotel

This was our first visit to Montreal and after considering a number of possible hotel choices, decided on the Intercontinental specifically for its location near Old Montreal. This turned out to be an ideal place for us and we were extremely pleased with our choice. The hotel is conveniently located a short distance to Old Montreal and across the Convention... More

The service at this hotel was above expectations. We had several issues with minor things missing, towels, coffee. One quick call and issue resolved in less then 5 minutes. Beds are great. Always hot water. The location is good for accessing everything downtown accept public transit. Although a 5 minute walk is not much to complain about. The pool has... More

Stayed three nights here while attending a conference. This hotel is in a good location and the room was a good size and nicely appointed. However my main gripe was how dark the room was. The window was tucked away in the corner of the room and did not adequately illuminate the room. Worse still, and inexplicably there was no... More

I needed a hotel room for one night, for an overnight shopping trip to Montreal in April 2013. I booked this hotel through Hotwire, name unseen, and was very happy to get it. I’ve stayed here one time before, three years ago. It is a lovely hotel, high quality décor and good service. Beds are very comfy and have quality... More

Service at reception was extremely slow both checking in and out, so slow when checking out I grew concerned that we would miss our flight. As I walked away from the counter I noticed that I was significantly overcharged for my stay and although the staff was apologetic, they were much to slow to reach a resolution on how to... More

I was there with a group of 12 friends for my brother's bachelor weekend. We had 3 rooms on the 19th floor. Check in was quick, staff was great and the place was rather nice and comfortable. 3 elevators to get to my car was a little pain, but if thats the only drawback then so be it. A couple... More

Horrible customer service at this hotel and the rooms are definitely not worth the price.
