Great hotel. Staff amazing. Service great but its missing something. Its hard to put your finger on it but all i can say is that it lacks soul. The downstairs bar is tiny and never full so you walk into this vast space but with no atmosphere. Ummmmmmmm

This place rocks. True 5 star. Excellent location, excellent service, excellent rooms. Hosted a business conference here and they did not miss on anything. Surprisingly affordable. No doubt I will stay here again and again.
