Hotel is situated in the heart of downtown. The room had a great view of the bay and the CN tower. The rooms have huge for good light in the morning and great views at night. Would highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and the service was Great! David Paes, the senior front desk agent, was very friendly and accomodating. The spa was wonderful which is located on the third floor, if you happen to stay at this hotel definately check out the spa. All staff members were polite and professional which made for a great stay.

We stay here every time we are in Toronto. Best located hotel in my opinion.
Very professional staff, excellent service, cozy and neat rooms and practically under CN tower.
