Stayed three nights in April at this hotel and had no problems at all. Room was clean, up on the 14th floor. Had nice view of King Street toward downtown and could see the CN Tower to the right. Hotel was quiet. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking at $32 per night was steep. Very convenient to restaurants along... More

I checked in at 5 pm on a wednesday and was told my room wasn't ready. I explained that it was not like I was trying to check in early and after asking for a supervisor's help, they finally found me a room. this is a former holiday inn and has seen its best days. the carpet in the room... More

I stayed at this hotel on the weekend, and had a horrible experience. I realized I didnt have toothpaste and saw a hotel brochure on the desk outlining the toiletries they can provide free of charge. It said right underneath it,that the attendant will bring it up,knock on the door twice and leave it on the handle. So I figured it... More

The room and amenities were very good, but the service left something to be desired. The front desk staff are quite disinterested in helping out. Upon our arrival, some members of our party were assigned a room which had not been completely cleaned. The only excellent service came from the concierge who made an excellent lunch recommendation. The location is... More

Stayed on a Saturday, saw multiple groups of bachelorette/ bachelor party upon check in. The location is definitely convenient for club/ lounge/ bar goers in the city. It's close proximity to numerous popular night spots is it's greatest advantage. I stayed with 3 other girl friends and we were very happy for the fact that we can walk to restaurant... More

My husband and I stayed over one night as part of our anniversary trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, and in a great location. Because we were celebrating our first anniversary, they gave us a complimentary upgrade from a regular King room to a suite on the 16th floor - which had an awesome view of the CN tower. It... More

I don't think this hotel is worth the price, I expected more from Hyatt. They tried to charge parking twice to us. They had a different license plate number for my coworker, we came in one car and had one room? We did not like the window between the bathroom and bedroom, need more privacy. The room was worn, they... More

This hotel was extremely overpriced for the product. Rooms were small, really small, and they were okay at best. They were pretty clean. The toilet was so loud it woke us up if we flushed it at night. The location is okay, not great for downtown. Right on restaurant row...but shopping and main attractions are in walking distance, but it's... More

I was here for 3 nights and while the Hyatt is ok, there were definitely some issues with noise and cleanliness. There is an apparent quiet hour at night but this is absolutely NOT enforced. It seemed like Party Central on the weekends then catered to more of a business crowd during the week so it did get quieter. Wasn't... More

Rooms are big and nicely appointed. Our room 942 was on a corner and had a nice balcony. Balcony is locked and you must ask for a key at the front desk. Bathrooms have beautiful marble floors and have ample size for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Water pressure a little wimpy though. Beds are soft... More
